A nova legislação entrará em vigor a partir do dia 1° de março de 2020 e, de acordo com o e-mail da APQA (SEI 9353655), as principais mudanças serão:

I - Submission of [Annex No.1] or [Annex No.2] as an application for new approval and change overseas livestock products establishment and quarantine facility.
II - APQA may require up to 2 times regarding approval of overseas livestock products establishment and quarantine facility and if there is no reply (within 1 month) or if the
supplement is deemed insufficient, approval can be rejected.
III - APQA may cancel of approval of overseas livestock products establishment and quarantine facility without income record for 3 years.
